Ingredients

  • 4 slices crispbread
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper (freshly ground)
  • to taste lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with chives, salt and pepper; add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste if desired.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly onto the crispbread slices and serve immediately.
